DERMagic Products in MudBay Stores!
Mud Bay has been around Washington State since 1988, when the first store was established in Olympia. And now, they're opening 3 new stores (Mercer Island, Gig Harbor, and Redmond) to bring the total to 20 locations!
And for us, the big news is that Mud Bay is now carrying the DERMagic product line. And this fits right in with the Mud Bay difference: Instead of carrying supplies for every pet, Mud Bay focused on the healthiest foods and highest quality supplies. Instead of trying to be everything to everyone, Mud Bay focused on using natural food and accurate information to contribute to the health of dogs and cats and the happiness of the people who care for them.
Mud Bay has a very interesting history, well worth reading. And while you're on their site, check out Cooper's Story, about how DERMagic stopped Cooper's itch, written by a dog lover who also happens to work at Mud Bay...
So check it out! And check us out too... We're proud to be a part of the Mud Bay retail system -- healthy foods, happy stores, knowledgeable staff.

DERMagic Cell Restoration Crème Earns International Attention!
Report from Vienna Airport, Austria
Tuesday, April 21, 2010
Is it a Liquid or a Solid? Inquiring travelers want to know!
Security workers at the Vienna International Airport today were reported to be searching all baggage for a certain DERMagic product, in a very busy airport clogged with desperate travelers delayed by the Icelandic volcanic ash cloud over Europe.
Why DERMagic Cell Restoration Crème? Prior to the volcanic eruption, it was believed that this creme was a solid, like butter (and it does contain a large percentage of organic shea butter). Desiccated travelers world-wide use this luscious crème to keep their faces hydrated, and to moisturize hands, arms, feet, throat, and any dry and itchy place while in flight.
Because this product has been classified as a "cosmetic butter," travelers could toss a jar into their purses or carry-on bags without worry about passing through airport security. That is, until now.
At the Vienna check-point, this traveler observed a committee of several security workers discussing the contents of her half-empty jar of this precious crème, ultimately coming to the conclusion that it was a threat to international security and must be disposed of immediately. This reporter was dismayed to watch as the security worker unceremoniously dumped her last bits of moisture-giving crème into a large trash bin, along with a few dozen half-empty water bottles, scissors, nail clippers and wine openers from other hapless travelers.
Travelers, beware. DERMagic Cell Restoration Crème is now classified as a liquid, must be carried in smaller containers and included in your little ziplock baggie with your other cosmetic liquids. DERMagic announced today that they will notify their customers to only carry the two-ounce size onboard their flights from today forward.

DERMagic takes steps to maintain low carbon footprint.

As part of our corporate goal to be as Earth-friendly as possible, not only with our products and packaging, but also in our processes, we are taking a fresh look from a new perspective at how we do everything at DERMagic Skin Care for Animals, Inc.
Right now we are looking at our packing and shipping operation in the contexts of “What is our carbon footprint?” and “How can we reduce waste?” and “What steps can we take to minimize our consumption of natural resources?”
These are huge questions, and we will be continuously on the alert for better ways to address them. Meanwhile, we already recycle or reuse everything we possibly can, and we buy materials that can be recycled or reused whenever possible. If we receive a shipment packed in Styrofoam peanuts, for example, we will save every one and pack your shipments with them! The additional benefit of this is that we keep our costs low and our prices low.
One of our most recent revelations is all about shipping and its hidden costs to our planet… specifically, it’s about getting DERMagic items from our warehouse to your home or shop. Moving products around the USA is normal and expected, but we see a consumer trend toward favoring locally produced products, and certainly toward domestic products, to save money if nothing else. This is one of the reasons we buy all of our ingredients domestically (with the only exception being Dead Sea salts, which only come from the Dead Sea!). And all our products are manufactured in the USA too. Both of these things will always be the case.
But these kinds of things are obvious, and everyone should already be managing their businesses and personal lives this way. We intend to look much deeper than this, and we will keep you informed of our ideas and actions on this subject.
In the meantime, you can be assured that DERMagic products are all-natural, and made with organic ingredients, and made in the USA, and these ingredients are from producers right here in the USA! Not only that, DERMagic works! And we guarantee it.
Best wishes, naturally…

Pet Style News - Editors' Choice 2008 !!
![]()
Pet Style News Editors' Choice Winner 2008!!
Developed by an organic chemist who also happens to own the company, this set attacks dogs’ skin problems on multiple fronts.
All-natural ingredients like aloe, vitamin E, essential oils and organic shea butter combine into a great aroma that will have pet owners wishing for their own kits. The products are developed, tested and manufactured in the United States.
One judge calls it a “terrific collection,” while another says the concept was “a very comprehensive approach to skin care.” 877-814-7497.
It's very clear that there's just nothing on the market that can compare with the DERMagic line for good skin health in your pets... Guaranteed!
Best holiday wishes to all!
Cheers - Dr Adelia

Trade Show Fever!
Wow. This past month has been an incredibly busy time for all of us at DERMagic with two huge trade shows! It's a lot of fun (and a TON of work!) to do these shows, and well worth all the effort. I know my dogs are happy to have me back at home for a while.
